"Love the place and the dogs are enjoying their fenced backyard. Unit was clean and nice welcome package was waiting for me. Will be extra nice when I get the garage door opener installed. Maintenance came right over and put in a lightbulb that went out when I was moving in. Great service! Met great neighbors in unit B next to me. They introduced themselves and brought me some homemade goodies."

"Our maintenance provider was very respectable and courteous. He was very attentive to the problem at hand. Once he fixed our fence he encouraged me to inspect the fence to allow for feedback and possible direction. I was satisfied with his ability to complete the task without delays. He repeatedly thanked me for calling Maintenance-as if it delighted him to fix our problem. This gentleman is a credit to his profession and a true craftsman who takes pride in his work.
